Autodeushe, Camden Town – Demolish of existing petrol service station and construction of a newly built garage on a steel frame, which was built over a live railway bridge with floating light weigh ball foundation, and curtain walling system to the façade. This construction was completed in 40 weeks.
London Road, Westcliff On Sea – Demolition of the existing car showroom and construction of 18 new dental surgery, compromising of 8 flats constructed on piles and ground beams, steel frame structure over 3 floors. This construction is scheduled to completion by August 2021 (52 weeks, impacted by COVID-19)
